Lapham’s Living Lettuce is a hydroponic lettuce farm that sells greenhouse grown Living Lettuce that is pesticide free! It is operated out of Lapham’s Garden Center in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Started in 2008 by Joseph Lapham, Lapham’s Living Lettuce grows primarily Boston Butterhead or Bib lettuce in state of the art commercial greenhouses owned by brothers Mike and Ron Lapham.
